Innovative start-up GEL Proximity, active in the development, production and marketing of proximity logistics services, closed two investment rounds that led to the entry of industrial partners and key managers in the share capital in order to support its development plan.
Studio Gianni & Origoni handled all corporate and IP aspects of the transaction, through a multidisciplinary team led by partner Kathleen Lemmens and composed, for M&A aspects, by associate Dario Rovelli and trainee Francesca Gioia Mentuccia and, for IP profiles, by associate Carmine Di Benedetto.
The transaction also saw the involvement of the notary firm Zabban – Notari – Rampolla & Associati, through the notary Federico Mottola Lucano, for the relevant aspects.
